2. Accounts and account security
Users are responsible for keeping their account details accurate and for maintaining the security of their login credentials. You must not share your account in a way that bypasses intended access, purchases, or creator permissions.
You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless and until you notify TunePort of unauthorised use. TunePort may suspend or restrict access where account misuse, suspicious activity, or security concerns arise.
3. Creator responsibilities
Creators are responsible for ensuring that any content they upload, publish, or sell through TunePort is lawful, original where required, and properly authorised. Creators must have the rights, permissions, or authority needed to distribute the music, artwork, metadata, and any related content they submit.
Creators must not upload content that infringes copyright, misuses someone else’s identity, falsely claims ownership, or creates legal or platform risk. This includes misleading titles, false credits, deceptive branding, fake attributions, or any attempt to present content as something it is not.
4. AI disclosure responsibility
Creators are solely responsible for accurately disclosing whether any music or related content is AI-generated or AI-assisted. TunePort and the website owner are not responsible for incorrect, incomplete, or misleading creator disclosures.
If a creator fails to disclose AI involvement properly, gives a misleading impression about originality or production method, or submits content that breaches the platform’s AI standards, TunePort may restrict, remove, or review that content and may take action against the associated account.
For more detail, creators and users should read the AI Content Policy.
Content restrictions
TunePort may prohibit content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, exploitative, defamatory, or otherwise unsuitable for the platform.
Metadata accuracy
Titles, descriptions, AI disclosures, artwork, credits, and release information should be accurate and should not mislead buyers or the platform.
Rights and permissions
Creators must only upload and sell material they have the right to use, distribute, and monetise.
5. Purchases, access, and customer use
Customers who make valid purchases may access the releases associated with those purchases through the platform’s intended delivery systems. Access remains subject to these terms, the Terms of Sale, and any applicable licensing terms attached to the release.
Customers must not use purchases to infringe rights, bypass platform controls, redistribute content, or misuse creator material. Standard purchases are typically for personal use only unless clearly stated otherwise.
6. Platform rights and enforcement
TunePort reserves the right to review, suspend, remove, restrict, refuse, or investigate content, accounts, purchases, features, or access where reasonably necessary to protect the platform, users, creators, rights holders, or legal compliance.
This may include action in response to suspected infringement, false disclosures, fraud, technical abuse, policy breaches, legal complaints, payment issues, or platform security concerns. TunePort is not obliged to keep content or accounts available where doing so would create unacceptable legal, operational, or reputational risk.
7. Availability and platform changes
TunePort may update, improve, suspend, or change parts of the platform over time, including tools, layouts, account features, creator systems, and catalogue presentation. The platform is evolving, and not every future feature will be available immediately.
TunePort is not required to maintain every feature forever in the same form, but reasonable efforts may be made to preserve continuity where practical and fair to do so.
